From South: I 95 north to Bangor. Take I 395 (exit 182A) to exit 6A merging onto US 1A towards Ellsworth. Go 5.4 miles to Holden. At the light turn left on Rt 46, go 4.9 miles. Turn right onto Rt 9. Go approx. 1 1/2 hours to Alexander. After Alexander School turn right onto Cooper Road. Go approx. 7 miles, turn left on Rt 191. Stay on Rt 191 through Meddybemps, road will "Y". Go straight up a BIG hill onto Rt 214. Continue to junction of Rt 1--approx. 10 miles. Go straight across Rt 1. Turn left at stop sign and keep bearing left staying on Old County Road. Pembroke Fairgrounds will be on your left.
