MeBRA Pre-Entry Show Form
This is the MeBRA Pre-Entry show forms. Please click on the link to print out. Please take notice that the forms have changed. There there is Single Day Sign Up Sheet, and now there is also a Season Sign Up Sheet. This is added for those that attend most or all of the shows with the same horse and classes. Please complete the form and mail it in. By pre-entering you are in the first draws. If you choose to sign up at the show, your number will be placed at the bottom of the list. So please send in your form. You don't need to send your entry money in. This makes it much easier for our show secretaries.
